You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.

It can be difficult taking time to identify and process the everyday challenges we collectively experience in our fast-paced “go go go” society. Taking a pause and being curious about ourselves is often the first step in this journey of self-discovery.

I’m a registered occupational therapist, psychotherapist based in Toronto. My approach to therapy is rooted in embodying empathy, collaboration and non-judgment. I strive to cultivate a safe and supportive space for individuals to feel seen and heard just as they are. I’m an integrative therapist who draws from emotion focused, relational, internal family systems, CBT, and mindfulness frameworks to address various challenges, help individuals achieve their goals, and live more fulfilling lives.

As a trauma-informed queer person of colour, my practice is grounded in anti-oppression, anti-racism, sex/kink positive, and harm reduction frameworks.
