You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.

It can be difficult taking time to identify and process the everyday challenges we collectively experience in our fast-paced “go go go” society. Taking a pause and being curious about ourselves is often the first step in this journey of self-discovery.

I’m an occupational therapist and psychotherapist based in Toronto. My approach to therapy is rooted in embodying empathy, collaboration and non-judgment. I strive to cultivate a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their internal worlds, feel seen and heard. I’m an integrative therapist who draws from internal family systems, emotion focused, relational, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness based frameworks to address various life challenges, help individuals achieve their goals, and live more fulfilling lives.

As a trauma-informed queer person of colour, my practice is grounded in anti-oppression, anti-racism, sex/kink affirming and harm reduction frameworks.
